We went looking for a test drive with several specific features and a price range in mind. It may look like a small dealership but they have extra cars upstairs. Andre was really helpful throughout the process and the personal touch really sold them as a brand and the car we bought to us. He replied to several emails and messages at random times of day, (some of which I know he wants actually working) and took extra photos for us to help with making a decision. We went here then to a few other places like Nissan in Kidlington where there wasn't any staff free to help us so ended up leaving after 15 minutes without even looking inside any of the cars.
I had a very helpful sales executive called Andrei, at Kia Oxford, he guided me through all the steps (and there seem many!) with a lovely manner, as a single woman, this is very important. I am now the happy, proud owner of a Kia Picanto..my friends and family are also pleased for me, as I have been looking quite along time for the replacement for my old automatic. Thanks again Andrei.
