Fitted us in at short notice (We were five miles away with an XC90 in limp mode) for an essential repair while we were heading for the ferry to France. Visited the new Waylands Volvo dealer at cumnor. Most say a vast improvement over the previous Volvo dealer in the area. Dealt with a very helpful chap called Dave who made me feel most welcome and answered all my queries regarding my new Volvo purchase.Will be back come service time!
Horrendous experience with Waylands. Customer service is terrible, staff aren't very friendly and takes weeks for them to complete work. Strongly advise to use another volvo dealership
