All good companies/firms provide a 'good service' when everything goes well, its on the rare occasions when things dont go to plan that the great firms show their superiority. Audi Oxford is one of those great firms!Thank you Ben and Clare for your help and excellent service.

Fantastic service! All staff very helpful and was kept up to date throughout whilst my A4 was being serviced and MOTd. Also lovely facilities, best Audi dealership I have visited throughout my 30 year ownership.

Another update... I contacted the Marshall Audi HQ as I had no response at all from Oxford even after two emails and guess what, no response from them either! Unbelievable! Ill try Audi UK next and see if theres any way they can convince me that buying and Audi was actually a good idea.A brief update. Following the response and request to email Marshall Audi I have done so, twice, and received no response whatsoever!!! I guess this is completely representative of the sort of company they are. I genuinely believe they want my details so they know who I am if I book in for a service or repair!!My dealings with Audi Oxford have been laughable. I was looking to purchase a new Audi S4 so contacted Audi Oxford to arrange a test drive. I can't remember the exact sequence of events but I was told that one would be located that I could test drive as there was not any at the garage at that point. No one got back to me so I called one more time with a similar outcome, so I decided to take my business elsewhere and purchased from another dealer. That experience with the other dealer was great.I've had the S4 for a few weeks and believed I may have a couple of problems. I initially contacted Audi customer services who told me I needed to speak to a dealership, so with Audi Oxford being the local one, I thought I'd give them another try....I checked online to see opening times, servicing and repairs from 7:30. I called at 8:28 and someone picked up and then put the phone down immediately. I genuinely laughed out loud. I called back a little later and someone did answer the phone and put me through to the booking desk. I explained my issue and was told it should be booked in for two days so an electrical diagnostic test could be run. I was initially told this would be something like 148 and it would cost me 25/day for a courtesy car, oh and the earliest date was in 6 weeks time. My disbelief at this seeing as this is a 5 week old car and under warranty must have been obvious! I decided to just drive over and see if someone could have a look and pass judgement! The main problem was that I and every single passenger I've had in my car believed there was a problem with the sound system, it sounds really bad. I appreciate this is subjective, but it's hard to believe how bad a 10 speaker system in a top of the range S4 can sound. I was basically told that I should have gone for the upgraded B&H system. This is not really a reflection on Audi Oxford, but I'm still not convinced there isn't a problem, I just don't have the time nor will power to pursue it. The technician who came out to look was a nice guy, but had only heard the upgraded systems so not sure how that was a diagnosis. I will however say that my experience in the past with BMW has been the complete polar opposite. From purchasing, post purchase problems and servicing, they have never put a foot wrong. The feeling when you walk in to Audi Oxford is so different. The front desk staff, very pleasant, but look stressed. Not one person smiled at me! I felt that I was a complete inconvenience (I guess I was)! But if I had gone in to BMW saying the stereo sounded terrible I would have been treated completely differently, I know that for a fact. I don't want to blame any individuals for my experience, it's the whole thing from start to finish which points to bad management in my books. I rarely write reviews (probably because i tend to go on too much)! But I am honestly considering driving a long way in the wrong direction in order to never have to go there again!

Huge improvement than it was 12 months when I was last there. A lot of new faces, but faces that seemed to care! Was kept up to date throughout. Monty looked after me during my visit and was excellent. Thank you

Ok so I left a less than complimentary review of the service department, got a reply asking me to contact via an email link which I did, looks good , looks as if they care, has anyone else got a reply from them because I have not, really far from impressed. They say that the sales department sell the first car and after sales sells the second, I make no comment other than I no longer own an Audi.
