Good place to maintain the health. Pricey but I guess working with dedicated team gives you the desired result. They have sauna, and overall very nice and cousy place.
This excellent gym focuses on fitness but health and longevity very much too. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and no mirrors make a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere and one you want to build into your week. The initial tests of your current health and fitness are enormously helpful for goal setting as well as being of just general interest. Nutritional as well as fitness advice and a rotation of exercises on the machines, around every six sessions, means you do feel steady improvements and progress, which continues to motivate you and it is all done for you electronically.No one taking selfies here and it's a refreshingly broad range of ages amongst the members. The infrared sauna is excellent. The future of gyms!
I have been a member of this gym for around one year. I had a great experience and I strongly recommend it to everybody. The environment inside the gym is very friendly with a nice atmosphere and very supportive staff. Strongly recommended!
