It's a Travelodge. Nice staff very helpful. Don't expect 4 star service at a 2 star rate. Be nice the staff try hard to help your stay better.
The rude were very rude here, when we arrived they had no room keys so you needed to be let into your room, there also no spare pillows or towels. Which is fine if you don't mind sharing one towel between two and have one pillow each. We where not impressed at all. It wasn't worth the money. The bed however was very comfortable and the temp could be altered. The location was also convenient.
Staff were very helpful. The room we had booked wasn't fit for purpose (due to previous guests smoking in it) so they relocated us and gave us complimentary breakfast in the morning!
Staff very helpful and friendly. Room basic, modern and very clean. Breakfast was very reasonably priced. Location under 2 miles from the centre of Oxford. A comfortable 3 night stay with my husband.
Nice and clean. Got a good nights sleep after an evening out in town. Neighbours were a bit noisy, but I'd expect nothing less on a Saturday night in Oxford.
