My wife went into this post office to send a Christmas parcel. Previous experience of the grumpy woman on the front till almost made her turn away....she wished she had as there was no greeting/smile. Just mutterings under her breath blaming her for adding in bubble wrap to protect present when in fact a larger postage bag was required. No change for that so ended up not posting and decided to send from elsewhere. It's that sort of front of house customer welcome you can live without!A star each awarded for the good set of greetings cards and v helpful man (who seems to job share with above mentioned) on till by door. Use another post office if you can.
Rude unhelpful staff. Woman at till an absolute jobsworth. Wouldnt post an item as got the label from a different post office a day prior. Re-paid. Absolute jobsworth.

In the past I have avoided this post office because the staff (especially the man) were so rude and unhelpful. However in the 18 months since I found out the staff were all new, I have been and will continue to be a regular customer. I have found all the new staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. Yes the premises are a bit shabby, but thats hardly the fault of the staff and the shop has a lovely stock of cards for all occasions. Thank you .
Nothing changed in the past year, doing everything they can NOT to help. Parcel Force say you can drop off at your local Post Office, the Botley branch says not, and "doesn't have room" if it's "too big" - even though they're presumably being paid to accept parcels.
