rude fat chinese guy lost my parcel containing a 300 gucci belt and instead of helping he acted big. do not use this post office!!!!!
Used Wood Farm post office for Amazon deliveries and sending parcels and letters for a period of time. On one occasion an Amazon delivery 'couldn't be found' in the post office despite of delivery status indicating it was there, and after few weeks the parcel went back to Amazon warehouse as uncollected delivery. On another occasion a parcel I sent has never reached its destination. Additionally as other people said, the man at the post office is very rude and unhelpful. Eventually I have given up using Wood Farm post office and each time I need such ervices I go to the Co-op, London Road.
Not recommended. I am boycotting this store because every single time I have been there I have been served by an extremely rude Asian man who does not even smile or reply to simple social pleasantries such as "hello" or "thank you". I am submitting an official complaint to the Post Office company because he gives appalling customer service and is a terrible representative of their company. Do not shop here unless you want your day ruined!
