Rude staff, un-help, truth bending staff (liars). Overall fantastic place to visit.
A bit of a mixed experience, and thus review.I have only used this service twice.First time, the staff were generally pleasant but service was slow.Second time, the staff were very inattentive, generally rude, short and snappy; service was also slow.The premises has POOR parking for the volume of customers using the service, forcing customers to park on other premises, much to the premise owners dismay.Inside the sorting office, the area to queue is cramped and stuffy; the floor is absolutely filthy and appears to never have been hoovered.Unfortunately, when RM fail, or just refuse, to deliver a parcel/letter, this service has to be used, unless you can wait 48 hours for your parcel to be re-delivered.Its about time a RM competitor came about.
Worst customer service!!!!! Don't even try calling their phone number! They don't even answer! All you get is "sorry for the delay. We'll put you through as soon as an adviser becomes available" lasted for more than 45min...Never ending!
Unlike other people, Ive been here just once but it was a good experience. There was a queue but it was dealt with quickly
It's always very quick and easy to pick my post up and there's one particularly cheery member of staff who brightens my mood. I just wish it wasn't quite so far away. I filled in a "leave it with my neighbour" form but the posties never seem to pay any attention to it.
