We normally have a great stay at hampton hotels,but our recent new year stay in Oxford was a little below par,i will state first that the staff were all very polite & helpful,it's just they seemed a little bit lethargic,i think you needed a few experienced staff from another Hampton hotel,the room was always clean,& the bed was comfy,the shower was powerful, but the breakfast weren't that great,& please teach someone how to cook scrambled egg,no-one on the front desk at times in the evening,hopefully these niggles will be ironed out soon.
great hotel for weekend get away or for small holiday, had a great service down here, lovley breakfast and good sleep. Guys who worked here was really helpful and understanding. highly recommend to visit this place. it has a lot of parking and great restaurants near this place. 12min from the center of Oxford.
The place has some very nice and hardworking people. Nico was extremely helpful, courteous and went above and beyond for us. The front desk ladies were helpful and informative about the area.
Good Hotel. Would stay again if in Oxford.Rooms felt a little small if you are a couple but perfect for a single individual. Rooms are fresh and clean. Bathroom has large shower and sink which is ideal. Heating in room is quiet and also works as A/C in the summer.Breakfast was good. Would say it's better than most hotels that offer free breakfast but not as good as some other Hampton Hilton Breakfasts in the UK (e.g. Hampton Hilton Exeter).Only 15 by car into Oxford city center which is great.
Medium spec hotel. Clean modern well equipped. Friendly helpful staff. Good value for money.
