The staff are very helpful!!
Nobody would choose to come here, let's face it. An absolutely dire place with some rude staff.Maybe if you had a system that worked there for processing people rather than the baffling thing you have going on now, people wouldn't find it so terrible.
Exact same member of staff that everyone else seems to be having a problem with, ignored me today, and when I say ignored he treated me like I did not exist when was trying to establish if the quick drop counter was operating or not as there was no sign and it was unmanned. He could tell me he could not answer me as was serving a customer, but could not say yes or no, which is very petty. Being treated with such contempt is the most infuriating experience and a horrible way to treat a customer. Clearly no one is doing anything about how this member of staff acts towards customers, he should not be in a role like this.
This place has one of the laziest staff members I have ever come across. The tall black guy in the suit has zero customer service and communication skills. I have been ignored by him several times and he always seems oblivious as to what is happening around him. When he finally does notice you he can barely communicate. I once asked him to void an item of a self service list. He completely ignored what I said, voided everything, then walked away. It does not take much to be polite and attentive. How he is still employed I do not know. He is useless.
DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL POST OFFICE. Visited today to post a letter and was disgusted at how poorly the black guy behind the desk was treating the costumers. He did not greet anyone and could not be bothered to give directions in terms of where to go to drop the letters, parcels etc. He did not speak fluent English and the service he was providing was beyond horrible. He surely needs further training and does not deserve to get paid for his sub zero input.
